This document defines the company MB Viltersus, established and operating as a small partnership under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, with legal entity code 305073343, address Gedimino g. 22A-14, LT-44319 Kaunas, Terms of use for the website https://www.pasauliosiulai.lt/.
It is important to understand these terms, as you must agree to them in order to use our services. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions provided in this document, you must exit World Yarn.
1. General provisions
1.1. These rules of the online store (hereinafter - Rules) are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter - Seller), which establishes the rights and obligations of the Parties.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer will be informed about the changes to the Rules on the online store's website.
2. Conclusion of the purchase-sale agreement
2.1. The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order for goods in the online store, having previously familiarized themselves with these rules.
3. Seller's rights
3.1. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation, stability, and security of the online store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to limit or suspend their ability to use the online store without prior notice.
4. Seller's obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the opportunity to use the services of the online store, the terms of which are established by these Rules.
4.2. The Seller agrees to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer using the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, based on the conditions set forth in these purchase - sale Rules.
4.3. If the Seller is unable to deliver the goods ordered in the online store due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller has the right to terminate the Purchase-Sale Agreement after informing the buyer. The Seller may offer a similar product. If the buyer refuses, the Seller is obliged to refund the paid amount within 3 working days.
4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right provided in point 5.2 of the Rules, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer the money paid within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the returned item.
4.5. The Seller may not refund the Buyer the amount of money paid until the goods are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent to the Seller, depending on which occurs first.
5. Buyer’s rights
5.1. The buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Rules.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement of goods concluded in the online store by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
5.3. The Buyer’s right discussed in point 5.2 can only be exercised if the product has not been damaged or its appearance has not significantly changed, and also if it has not been used.
6. Buyer's obligations
6.1. The buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in the manner specified in these Rules.
6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods at the time of delivery without valid reasons, the Buyer must cover the costs of returning the goods at the Seller's request.
6.3. During the delivery of goods to the Buyer, the Buyer must check the condition of the package and the goods together with the Seller or with the person who delivered the shipment.
6.4. The buyer, by using the online store, confirms that they agree to these purchase - sale rules and must adhere to them.
7. Product prices
7.1. The prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros. Prices are stated including VAT. Upon confirmation of the order, a delivery fee will be added to the total amount of goods, if applicable.
8. Ordering and payment for goods
8.1. The Buyer, visiting the online store, selects the products they like and adds them to the shopping cart. After forming the shopping cart, the Buyer enters the personal data necessary for order fulfillment: their first name, last name, address where the products will be delivered, phone number, and additional information that may be important for delivering the ordered products. The Buyer confirms that they have read these rules and confirms the order.
8.2. Payments can be made using the electronic banking services of Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadel, Šiaulių bank, Revolut, Paysera, as well as debit and credit MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, and V PAY cards. Payments are available in euro currency. Payments are processed using the opay.eu payment platform.
8.3. After completing the payment, the buyer receives an email at the email address specified in the order window, confirming the receipt of the order and the successful payment.
9. Delivery of goods
9.1. The buyer, when ordering goods, must specify the exact delivery address of the goods.
9.2. The Buyer must accept the goods themselves. If the Buyer is unable to accept the goods themselves, but the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims regarding the goods delivered to an inappropriate person.
9.3. The seller delivers the goods to the buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the shipping policy.

Courier to home - 5.95€
-Orders over 59€ are shipped for free with Omniva.
9.4. The characteristics of all sold goods are indicated in the description next to each product. The seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape, or other parameters of the products in the online store may not match the actual size, shape, and color of the products due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.
9.5. If the Buyer cancels the purchase-sale agreement, all amounts paid by the Buyer will be refunded, including the delivery costs paid by the Buyer.
10. Product returns
10.1. Quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Defects in sold non-quality goods are remedied, non-quality goods are exchanged or returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. When returning goods, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
10.2.1. The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);
10.2.2. The item must be undamaged by the Buyer;
10.2.3. The item must be unused, retaining its commercial appearance: labels intact, protective films unpeeled, etc. (this clause does not apply in cases where a defective item is returned);
10.2.4. The returned item must be of the same configuration as received by the Buyer (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);
10.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the Buyer’s returned goods if the conditions for returning goods have not been followed;
10.2.6. The return of goods is carried out in the manner specified by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods (this clause does not apply in cases where the product is defective - in such cases, the return of goods is carried out within the statutory warranty period);
10.3. The return and exchange of goods of appropriate quality is carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810, Part 1 of the Civil Code;
10.4. The money paid for the goods accepted by the Buyer but later rejected will be refunded to the Buyer's account no later than 5 (five) days from the date of the return of the goods to the Seller, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.
10.5. Items must be returned to the address Gedimino g. 22A-14, LT-44319 Kaunas, Lithuania, after informing via email info@pasauliosiulai.lt. All shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.
11. Final provisions
11.1. These Rules are established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. These Rules and the relationships between the Parties in relation to these Rules are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.3. All disputes arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.4. The parties are released from their obligations under these Rules if they cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (Force majeure).
